We are seeking for experienced IT Project Manager to join our team at Questronix Corporation. As an IT Project Manager, your responsibilities will include ensuring that our IT project is completed on time, within scope, and within budget. You will be a hands-on leader and oversee the whole project cycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control, quality assurance, and closeout. We are located at Makati but this position is a hybrid role implying that some work from home is acceptable.
Senior Project Managers must develop a plan of action to get a project completed, working across offices to ensure their needs and wants are included within the confines of the project and budgetary restrictions.
Senior Project Managers May Have The Following Duties
Develop project plans that identify resource and budgetary needs
Host project meetings at least once a week with team and managers
Provide feedback, advice, project updates and encouragement to team members
Manage deadlines and push the team to ensure timeliness
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers as needed
Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions
Performs other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum 5 years’ proven experience in IT Project Management, IT consulting or equivalent
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and leadership skills with management teams, project teams, and clients
Experience in delivering projects on time and within budget
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology and ITIL Framework
Proficient with various project management tools, including Microsoft Project, Jira, and Trello
Experience in delivering projects related to cloud computing, infrastructure, software development, and networking
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology Management, or related field
Demonstrated ability to work independently, lead project teams, and mentor junior project managers
Project Management Professional PMP certification is a plus
Business Analysis and Technical Skills is a plus
