Position Description:

Our client, a leading provider of debt settlement and debt validation services, is seeking experienced Sales Representatives to join their remote team. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong call center sales background, particularly in the debt relief industry. The Sales Representatives will be responsible for handling inbound calls and qualifying potential customers for transferring to the sales closers.

Availability:

  • Full-time position
  • 40+ hours per week
  • Opportunity to work overtime on weekends for additional earnings

Work Schedule:

  • Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Pacific Time)
  • May leave 1 hour early if needed
  • Weekend shifts available for extra hours

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound and inbound calls to potential customers.
  • Qualify and transfer leads to closers.
  • Follow a structured sales process to maximize conversions.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
  • Achieve performance targets consistently.
  • Adhere to compliance and regulatory standards.
  • Maintain professionalism and empathy when dealing with clients.
  • Work closely with managers and supervisors for ongoing training and support.

Required Experience and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a call center sales role.
  • Strong cold-calling and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and dialer tools.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Must have a reliable computer, high-speed internet, and a noise-canceling headset.

Language Requirements:

  • High Level English proficiency (Clear and understandable accent required)

Preferred Skills:

  • Previous experience working remotely.
  • Experience in debt relief, debt settlement, or debt validation is highly preferred.
  • Proven track record in closing high-ticket sales.
  • Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
  • Experience handling US-based customers.

Compensation:

  • Base salary paid in USD or local currency, based on experience and location.
  • Commission structure available based on closed deals.
  • Productivity bonuses available.
  • Performance-based salary adjustments post-training.

  • No paid time off (PTO) except for Thanksgiving and Christmas.
