The Account Manager is responsible for achieving sales targets by cultivating key customer relationships and driving pipeline growth. This role focuses on expanding business through strategic account management, ensuring pipeline progression, and maximizing revenue opportunities. Acting as the primary representative of the company, the Account Manager leads internal teams and collaborates with customer stakeholders to successfully execute deals. With full accountability for the customer relationship, this role ensures client satisfaction, repeat business, and long-term growth.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Conduct various sales activities, including prospecting, managing enterprise accounts, developing sales leads, building client relationships, and closing new business opportunities to achieve or exceed assigned sales quotas.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships with existing clients while actively developing new accounts.
  • Align account planning with overall business strategies to maximize growth and revenue opportunities.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key customer stakeholders, including C-level executives and leaders across various lines of business beyond IT.
  • Engage with clients at a senior level to address and resolve issues, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and service excellence.
  • Develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance customer engagement and strengthen brand awareness.
  • Manage multiple accounts effectively, fostering positive relationships across all customer touchpoints.
  • Drive client retention, renewals, upsells, and overall customer satisfaction.
  • Leverage client feedback to enhance the customer experience and improve service offerings.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.

Experience:

  • With at least 2 years of experience in sales or selling IT products, solution, services.
  • Exposed in Account and Relationship Management

Skills & Competencies:

  • Knowledge in Business Development or in Sales and Technical Operations
  • With above average desktop skills (i.e., MS Office especially PowerPoint)
  • With strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Very good negotiation skills
  • Works well under pressure.
  • Must be amenable to work in Makati from Mondays to Fridays, 9AM to 6PM
