Job Description:
• Entry and validation of customer information and income of new sales reservations in the system for all types of financing scheme (Pag-Ibig, Bank and In-House) endorsed by Sales Department.
• Generating of DP monthly computation ledgers in the system and preparation of assessment of reservation fee for endorsement to Treasury Department.
• Plotting of requirements based on employment category, statuses and financing.
• Updating of daily monitoring report of new sales reservations.
• Monitoring of 1st monthly downpayment and generating monthly report of dropped sales for all types of financing.
• Preparation and generation of Welcome Letters to all newly reserved borrowers.
• Preparation and validation of developer’s contract prior to orientation.
• Review and validation of signed notarized contracts and submitted requirements for consistency in the system, masterlist and mother folder prior to endorsement to Account Officer for processing.
• Assistance and accommodation of borrowers on their inquiries and concerns during orientation based om the volume of participants.
• Others tasks and functions that may be assigned by the superior from time to time.
Job Qualification:
• Bachelor’s Degree of any 4-year business course.
• Possess good communication skills both in oral and written communication.
• Sales registration and customer service experience gained from real estate or property development industry is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications particularly Excel.
• Willing to work in LIPA CITY, BATANGAS.
