Market Research & Feedback
Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies in the retail and restaurant sectors.
Provide feedback to the product development team to help improve offerings based on client needs.
Qualifications
Experience:
Proven experience in telemarketing and sales, particularly in selling online marketing, VOIP solutions, POS systems and credit card processing.
Experience working with clients in the retail and restaurant industries is highly preferred.
2-4 years of relevant sales experience.
Skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients quickly.
Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Ability to understand and articulate technical products to a non-technical audience.
Ability to identify clients' pain points and offer a solution to their problems.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
Education
A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
