What We Offer Nasdaq is seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Marketing Manager to lead end-to-end campaign management for our Index & Data businesses. This is a player/coach role responsible for developing and implementing integrated marketing campaigns, driving demand generation, and enhancing brand awareness across key audiences. You will also play a critical leadership role, developing a team of marketers to deliver impactful, data-driven marketing programs for these businesses. This is a permanent full-time role based in BGC Taguig City following a hybrid work model setup (at least 2 in office days per week). What You Will Do Campaign Strategy & Execution Develop and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive engagement, lead generation, and brand awareness for Nasdaq’s Index & Data businesses. Partner with internal collaborators (e.g., growth marketing, product, sales, content, digital, and events teams) to create targeted, data-driven marketing programs aligned with business objectives. Leverage digital marketing, content marketing, paid media, email, organic and paid social, and virtual events to reach key audiences and achieve results. Optimize campaigns based on performance analytics, using data-driven insights to improve effectiveness. Leadership & Team Management Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration and excellence. Provide strategic guidance, oversight and support to ensure team members deliver high-quality marketing initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams globally to align marketing efforts with broader objectives and ensure seamless execution of key initiatives. Work with the CCoE Director to implement operational efficiency and process standardization for the team, identifying and mitigating bottlenecks to enhance resource effectiveness. Establish a compliance hub of expertise for Data and Index marketing to support near-shore marketing teams on all compliance measures. MarTech Adoption and Enablement Work with the Marketing Technology and enterprise support team to assure integration and seamless adoption of Nasdaq’s current and new marketing technology and platforms. Facilitate training and access support for the team. Regularly review MarTech workflows and governance and collaborate with MarTech specialists on refinement and project execution and to fully realize the potential of our MarTech stack. Performance Measurement & Optimization In conjunction with the growth marketers, marketing analytics team and enterprise specialist team, establish critical metrics and analyze campaign performance, using insights to optimize marketing efforts. Work closely with the marketing operations and analytics teams to use CRM (Salesforce), marketing automation (Marketo, HubSpot, etc.), and digital analytics for campaign tracking and reporting. Ensure continuous improvement by testing and refining marketing strategies based on data insights. Be prepared to share insights and results with colleagues across the business to ensure transparency and showcase impact. Stakeholder Collaboration & Budget Management Partner with sales, product, and business leaders to ensure marketing programs support revenue growth and business priorities. Manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources for maximum impact. Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to implement high-quality marketing campaigns. What We Expect 8-12 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in financial services, fintech, or capital markets. Proven track record of developing and implementing integrated marketing campaigns with measurable results. Strong experience in demand generation, digital marketing, content marketing, and ABM strategies. Leadership experience with a demonstrated ability to lead and mentor teams. Proficiency in marketing automation tools (Marketo, HubSpot), CRM systems (Salesforce), and analytics tools. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to run multiple campaigns simultaneously. Strong analytical attitude and ability to translate data into actionable insights. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills. Amenable to work mid and night shift What Would Be Helpful Strategic problem solver with a data-driven approach to marketing.
