What We Offer

Nasdaq is seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Marketing Manager to lead campaign management, coordination and delivery for our Workflow & Insights businesses. This role is responsible for developing, driving and coordinating integrated marketing campaigns aligned with strategic business priorities, driving demand generation and enhancing brand awareness and engagement across key audiences. You will play a critical leadership role, leading a team of local marketers to deliver impactful, data-driven marketing programs and collaborating closely with other senior Marketing leaders and a distributed team to advance progress.

This is a permanent full-time role based in BGC Taguig City following a hybrid work model setup (at least 2 in office days per week).

What You Will Do

Campaign Strategy & Execution

• Partner with internal collaborators (e.g., growth, product, content marketing, events and digital marketing teams) to create targeted, data-driven marketing programs aligned with business goals.

• Handle and monitor campaign calendars in a shared project management platform (Monday.com)

• Lead a team to develop and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive engagement, lead generation, and brand awareness for Nasdaq’s Workflow & Insights businesses.

• Implement multi-channel, highly orchestrated activations to reach key audiences and achieve business results.

• Optimize campaigns based on performance analytics, using data-driven insights to improve effectiveness.

Leadership & Team Management

• Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

• Provide strategic guidance and support to ensure team members deliver high-quality marketing initiatives on time and on-budget.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with broader objectives.

• Work with the CoE Director to implement operational efficiency and process standardization for the team, identifying and mitigating bottlenecks to improve resource effectiveness.

• Prioritize resources to deliver incremental efficiency and scale capacity.

Performance Measurement & Optimization

• In conjunction with the marketing analytics team and growth and product marketing teams, establish, track and monitor important metrics and analyze campaign performance, using insights to optimize marketing efforts.

• Work closely with the marketing systems, analytics and growth marketing teams to use CRM (Salesforce), marketing automation (Marketo, Pardot, etc) and digital analytics for campaign tracking and reporting.

• Ensure continuous improvement by testing and refining marketing strategies based on data insights.

Stakeholder Collaboration & Budget Management

• Partner with other Marketing leaders to ensure marketing programs support revenue growth and business priorities.

• Manage marketing budgets allocated for activations, ensuring efficient allocation of resources for maximum impact.

• Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to implement high-quality marketing campaigns.

What We Expect

• 8-12 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in financial services, fintech, or capital markets.

• Consistent track record of developing and implementing integrated marketing campaigns with measurable results.

• Strong experience in demand generation, digital marketing, content marketing, and ABM strategies.

• Leadership experience with a demonstrated ability to handle and mentor teams.

• Proficiency in marketing automation tools (Marketo, Pardot), CRM systems (Salesforce), and analytics tools.

• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

• Strong analytical approach and ability to translate data into actionable insights.

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Amenable to work in a mid and night shift schedule
