JOB SUMMARY: (HYBRID Set-Up)
The Sr. Digital Marketing Associate (E-commerce) role focuses on maximizing Brand ROI through data-driven strategies in executing performance ads, executing and optimizing online campaigns across platforms to efficiently acquire customers and drive conversions. The Sr. Digital Marketing Associate- Ecomm should be enthusiastic about digital performance marketing, data analytics, exceptionally organized, and skilled at driving conversion and growth across our online marketplaces.
1. Managing Online Marketplaces:
• Develop and execute data-driven performance strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
• Plan, launch, and optimize online campaigns across marketplaces, including paid search, paid placements, promos and discounts.
• Responsible for maintaining and improving brand’s position and display in online e-commerce store.
2. Performance Marketing Management:
• Develop, implement, and manage end-to-end performance marketing campaigns across digital channels and online marketplaces.
• Manage ads budgets, bid strategies, and campaign targeting to maximize ROI and achieve performance KPIs.
• Analyze campaign performance metrics, including CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates, to identify trends, insights, and areas for optimization.
• Implement A/B testing and experimentation methodologies to optimize ad creative, landing pages, and conversion funnels for maximum performance.
3. Analytics and Reporting:
• Track, analyze, and report on the performance of online store and performance marketing activities.
• Use data to identify trends and insights, making recommendations for improvements.
• Provide monthly reports on KPIs to the team lead.
Perform other related work-related tasks as may be assigned.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, Communication Arts or any related discipline.
• At least 1-2 years of work experience preferably in a digital marketing role.
• Strong analytical, written communication and presentation skills .
• Strong knowledge of online marketplace platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok, Website) and executing online campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of Performance Marketing Tools (In Platform Ads, FB Ads Manager, Tiktok Ads).
• Ability to manage advertising budgets and optimize campaigns.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
