We manufacture and sell for Zenutrients, a natural and plant-powered hair care brand group that provides health-oriented beauty lovers with products that care for them at their roots. Our 2 brands, Gugo and Curls, provide solution-focused, effective hair care products for hairfall and curly hair care. We operate 12 stores/kiosks nationwide, and have presence in national retailers such as Watson’s, Mercury Drug, and Robinson’s as well as online through zenutrients.com.ph, Shopee, and Lazada.

Required: Minimum 2 years working experience in e-commerce. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word and Google Suite equivalent. At least professional fluency in English and Filipino.

You can expect to be accountable for the following:

E-commerce Strategy Development:

· Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue and profit.

· Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.

· Manage and improve the online catalog, including product listings, descriptions, and pricing.

Digital Marketing and Promotion:

· Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic and sales.

· Utilize various online marketing channels, such as PPC advertising, email marketing, social media, and influencer partnerships.

· Optimize ROI by monitoring and analyzing campaign performance.

Analytics and Reporting:

· Use data analytics tools to track key performance metrics, including conversion rates, traffic, and revenue.

· Generate regular reports for management and make data-driven recommendations.

Work setup and expectations

• Report to office in Sucat, Paranaque and/or Libis, QC minimum 3 times a week, subject to change. Balance is remote work

• Flexi-time but expected to attend all required meetings (within 9-6pm)

• Punctuality with deadlines, projects, and meetings

• Start date: ASAP
