• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the operations team to ensure products are available and orders are fulfilled promptly.
• Digital Marketing and Promotions:
• Develop and execute online marketing strategies to drive traffic, increase sales, and enhance customer engagement on e-commerce platforms.
• Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads) to optimize ROI and customer acquisition.
• Create and manage promotions, discounts, and product launches to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
• Website Optimization and User Experience:
• Optimize the user experience (UX) and interface (UI) of the online store to improve customer satisfaction and conversion rates.
• Conduct A/B testing and analyze website performance to identify areas for improvement and implement enhancements.
• Data Analysis and Reporting:
• Analyze website analytics, sales data, and customer behavior to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales growth, conversion rates, customer retention, and average order value.
• Provide regular performance reports to management and recommend strategies for continuous improvement.
• Customer Service and Experience:
• Ensure a seamless online shopping experience by responding to customer inquiries, addressing issues, and resolving problems promptly.
• Implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention on the e-commerce platforms.
• Collaboration with Internal Teams:

• Stay Updated on E-Commerce Trends:
• Keep up to date with the latest e-commerce trends, tools, and technologies to stay competitive in the market.
• Suggest and implement new strategies to keep the e-commerce platform aligned with industry standards and customer expectations.
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in e-commerce, online marketing, or digital sales management.
• Proven experience with major e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Lazada, Shopee) and e-commerce management tools.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, SEM, SEO, email marketing, etc.) and e-commerce analytics platforms.
• Strong understanding of online payment systems, website content management systems (CMS), and customer service tools.
• Attention to detail and a strong focus on improving the customer experience.
• Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies, platforms, and trends in e-commerce.
