Job Description
• Drive business development and generate new sales in Metro Manila to expand market presence and coverage.
• Foster relationships with both new and existing clients in the region.
• Establish and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with assigned accounts through effective communication.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor products, and new offerings.
• Track and analyze sales performance against targets to ensure alignment.
• Prepare detailed sales reports outlining performance, progress, opportunities, and risks.
• Address and follow up on all issues raised by end customers or distributors, including product inquiries, marketing programs, orders, deliveries, invoicing, payments, and other related concerns.
The Successful Applicant
Qualifications:
• College's degree in Engineering
• Minimum 2 years working experience in sales/ project penetration
• B2B industrial experience is a must
• Good communicating skills
• Experiences in product support/ bidding process
• Result driven, able to work in challenging business environment
• Be able to take initiatives, self-motivated and problem-solving skill
