Key Responsibilities

• Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Craft and execute effective sales plans to meet and exceed the dealership's sales targets.

• Lead and Motivate the Sales Team: Provide strong leadership by mentoring, coaching, and driving the team to achieve optimal performance.

• Monitor Sales Performance: Track team progress against targets, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective measures as necessary.

• Ensure Customer Satisfaction: Maintain high standards of service excellence, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable buying experience for all customers.

• Market and Competitor Analysis: Stay updated on market trends and competitors to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.

• Team Development: Train and develop the sales team to enhance skills, knowledge, and customer engagement strategies

Qualifications

• Experience in Automotive Sales: Proven experience in automotive sales for at least 10 years, preferably with luxury or premium brands.

• Strong Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to manage and inspire a sales team to achieve challenging targets.

• Track Record of Success: Substantial experience meeting or exceeding sales targets in a demanding, fast-paced environment.

• Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with team members, customers, and senior management.

• Customer-Centric Approach: Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering outstanding customer experiences.

• Analytical Mindset: Proficient in analyzing sales data, generating insights, and developing action plans.

• Salary: Php 70,000 - 80,000.00 (total package)

• Must have experience in the automotive industry

• Preferably can start ASAP

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php70,000.00 - Php80,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

• Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:
