We are in search of a Marketing Manager to join our Domestic Marketing team based in Manila.

About the role:

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns

• Identify target audiences and devise campaigns that engage inform, and motivate

• Implement new and effective ways to market and promoted assigned releases

• Coordinate all internal departmental efforts (digital marketing, sales, publicity, radio promotion, etc.) leading up to, and throughout, album/single release and ensure proper execution of overall marketing plan to drive fan engagement campaigns and music consumption opportunities

• Develop different online and traditional marketing approaches to generate sales and artist exposure

• Work in conjunction with Artists, Label Heads, and Marketing team to create, maintain, and evolve artist brands

• Keep up-to-date latest trends and best practices in marketing

• Analyze results of marketing efforts as well as any other appropriate contextual market conditions; identify key opportunities and communicate these to the team

• Effectively manage marketing budgets for assigned projects

• Maintain effective communications to ensure that all relevant departments are kept informed of marketing objectives.

• Manage a high volume of internal/external meetings and email correspondence

Desirable Traits:

• Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Advertising, Music Marketing or equivalent

• At least 7 years of work experience with at least 2 years in managerial or supervisory capacity

• Track record in delivering successful marketing campaigns

• Broad knowledge in the current music landscape and market trends

• Huge passion for music and appreciation for music culture

• Creative, innovative, detail-oriented, and resourceful

• Must be able to prioritize and multi-task

• Ability to work under pressure

• Ability to develop relations with people in the music business

• Planning and organizing skills

• Fluency in English (written and oral)
