Job Overview

As a Talent Performance Marketing Officer, you will be responsible for developing and executing the Employer Brand and Talent Marketing strategy across various digital platforms.

Job Description

• Oversee and optimize performance marketing channels, including but not limited to paid search, paid social, and display advertising. You will use analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Phenom Analytics etc.) to measure the impact of digital talent marketing initiatives.

• Utilize data-driven insights to optimize CTRs, ad spend, ROAS, and other relevant key performance metrics.

• Partners with recruiters to design job-specific marketing campaigns.

• Optimizes job advertisements and leverages data analytics to track campaign success.

• Runs paid advertising and sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill roles.

• Builds dashboards and reports on talent marketing effectiveness.

• Partner with Employer Brand, Talent Marketing and Talent Acquisition peers, as well as international talent acquisition members to optimize HelloFresh's digital talent marketing footprint.

• Provide regular reports and insights to optimize strategies and improve recruitment efforts.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, or any related course.

• At least five years of experience in performance marketing, knowledge and experience in talent marketing is an advantage

• Experience working in a multicultural environment, experience in shared services environment is an advantage

• Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder relationships across diverse geographies/location and business area

• Strong understanding of digital media platforms and trends.

• Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads Manager).

• Proficiency in A/B testing methodologies and conversion rate optimization to enhance campaign performance

• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously

• Excellent communication skills in English

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Knowledge of HR practices and recruitment processes is an advantage
