About the role
The Business Development Manager will identify and secure new business opportunities in the corporate segment, cultivate third party relationships in the Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) services, to meet Sodexo’s strategic financial and business objectives. You will be directly reporting to the Business Development Director.
What you'll be doing
• Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to expand our client base in the Cebu market
• Developing and executing strategic sales plans to effectively target and win new clients
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the local market
• Preparing comprehensive proposals and presentations to showcase our service offerings and value proposition
• Collaborating cross-functionally with other teams to ensure seamless delivery of our services
• Continuously monitoring the competitive landscape and adapting our strategies accordingly
• Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets
What we're looking for
• Proven track record of success in new business development, preferably in the sales or services industry
• Greatly familiar in B2B selling
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to effectively engage with clients
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and address client needs
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to coordinate cross-functional efforts
• Familiarity with the local Cebu market and business landscape
• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
