Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day operations on Amazon Seller Central
• Optimize product listings for maximum visibility and conversion
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, making data-driven recommendations
• Handle inventory management and logistics, including shipment creation
• Provide proactive input on inventory levels and purchasing decisions
• Stay updated on Amazon policies and best practices, implementing changes as needed
• Provide regular reports and insights on store performance and market trends
• Support agency operations as needed
• Manage inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock across all products
• Create and oversee shipments to Amazon fulfillment centers
• Develop and implement strategies to minimize stockouts and overstock situations
• Analyze sales trends and forecast demand to inform purchasing decisions
• Coordinate with suppliers and freight forwarders to ensure timely deliveries
• Monitor and report on key logistics metrics
• Recommend and implement process improvements in the supply chain
Requirements
• 3-5 years of experience managing Amazon seller accounts
• Proficient in Amazon Seller Central and related e-commerce tools
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
• Ability to work U.S. hours (Pacific Time Zone)
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Experience with inventory management and logistics operations
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
