About the Company:

Sagan represents a fast-growing e-commerce brand management team specializing in DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) brands. The team manages a portfolio of high-growth digital storefronts and is focused on driving conversion optimization, retention marketing, and seamless e-commerce execution.

Position Overview:

We are looking for an E-commerce Project Manager to lead e-commerce marketing operations across multiple Shopify storefronts. This is a highly collaborative, hands-on role requiring strong project management skills, deep familiarity with Shopify and Klaviyo, and a results-driven mindset. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment and enjoys working across marketing, creative, and development teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and site performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations for Shopify storefronts, including product updates, promotional campaigns, and site optimizations.

• Lead Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) initiatives to improve funnel performance and user experience.

• Develop and execute retention marketing strategies, primarily through Klaviyo email flows and campaigns.

• Collaborate with development teams to manage site updates and troubleshoot technical issues.

• Oversee marketing technology integrations and ensure smooth handoffs between platforms (Shopify, Klaviyo, Google Analytics, GTM).

• Create and manage project briefs, timelines, and process documentation to ensure clear communication across teams.

• Monitor site performance and marketing campaign metrics, proactively identifying opportunities to improve conversion rates.

• Lead cross-functional coordination for product launches and promotional events.

• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to e-commerce and marketing performance.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in DTC e-commerce project management.

• Advanced proficiency in Shopify and Klaviyo, with proven experience managing both platforms.

• Strong experience with project management tools such as ClickUp or similar.

• Deep understanding of e-commerce funnels and conversion optimization tactics.

• Experience managing remote development and creative teams.

• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Familiarity with Checkout Champ or Konnektive.

• Experience with

• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS to assist with minor troubleshooting.

• Experience working with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and marketing automation platforms.

• Familiarity with communication tools such as Slack and Telegram.
