We're seeking a Digital Talent Recruitment Specialist to expand our network of B2B content creators and ensure high-quality partnerships for our platform. This role is crucial in identifying, evaluating, and onboarding top-tier B2B creators across various niches, ultimately helping tech brands connect with the right voices to amplify their message and drive growth.

The Impact you’ll make

Creator Discovery & Recruitment

  • Source and identify potential B2B content creators primarily on LinkedIn

  • Evaluate content quality, style, and audience engagement

  • Assess creator expertise and alignment with platform needs


Network Growth & Management

  • Execute strategic outreach campaigns to potential creators

  • Manage the creator onboarding process

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with network members


Campaign Success

  • Support campaign kickoffs with proper creator matching

  • Ensure smooth onboarding processes for brands

  • Facilitate successful partnership launches


Platform Development

  • Contribute to improving creator evaluation criteria

  • Provide insights on creator trends and preferences

  • Help optimize the onboarding experience



Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Required:

  • Proven experience in talent sourcing or recruitment

  • Strong understanding of B2B content creation landscape

  • Experience with professional social media platforms, especially LinkedIn

  • Proficiency in using Slack, Gmail, Intercom, Stripe, Strappy, or similar tools

  • A track record of building and maintaining professional relationships

  • WFH Set-Up:

    • Computer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up.

    • Internet speed of at least 40MBPS

    • Headset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam

    • Back-up computer and internet connection

    • Quiet, dedicated workspace at home
