Role Overview
- Drive RB Innovation & NPD Identification:
- Leads the identification and assessment of new product opportunities to accelerate the scale-up of RB.
- Support ABT Expansion & Execution:
- Assists in strengthening the Area Business Teams (ABT) by contributing to the fulfillment of 14 area representatives, ensuring optimal market coverage.
- Market Intelligence & Consumer Insights:
- Gathers and analyze local market trends and the competitive landscape. Act with agility to address area opportunities and challenges.
- Area Lead for NEL/Bicol:
- Works closely with Sales and Channel Development Teams, Area Business Team, and Distribution teams to ensure seamless execution of Consumer Group’s Area Business Teams’ objectives and future plans.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in marketing or business development, preferably in the pharmaceutical or FMCG industry.
- Additional Advantage: Background in product innovation, market research, or new product development (NPD).
- Regional Knowledge: Experience working with regional marketing teams in Luzon/GMA, Bicol, and North-East Luzon, as well as grassroots execution
- Strong Entrepreneurial Mindset: Ability to assess market trends, identify opportunities, and translate insights into actionable plans with agility.
- Agile and Strategic Execution: Able to balance long-term innovation projects with on-the-ground ABT support.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Works effectively with sales, marketing, and distribution teams to drive execution.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Able to present findings, influence stakeholders, and drive alignment.
- Results-driven & Self-starter: Proactive in identifying opportunities and solving challenges with minimal supervision.
