As a Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible in:
Operational responsibilities
- Entry of incoming sales orders from supermarkets and agents.
- Completion of EPO’s
- Compile daily harvest summaries for Sales Team
- Assist in completion of dispatch documentation and delivery paperwork.
- Support daily stock take activities.
- Assist with inbound freight planning and coordination from interstate farms.
- Actively participate in both daily Sales and Supply Chain meetings
- Data entry of daily market pricing
- Coordinating with other departments to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
- Identifying and escalating priority issues to the appropriate team members
- Report all incidents, hazards, near misses and unsafe work practices.
- Ensure all policies, procedures, safe work practices and safe work procedures are followed.
- Promote safe attitudes and work practices.
- Participate in toolbox talks, contribute to the team’s safety and productivity.
- Co-operate with the management team to ensure the Companies compliance with the duty of care of its employees.
- Act in the best interests of the company always.
- Refrain from acting or giving the appearance of acting contrary to the interests of the Company.
- Use your best endeavours to protect the good name and reputation of the company, the Director and Staff.
- Perform your duties to the best of your ability and energy.
- Uphold the highest level of confidentiality regarding the company, associated companies, and customers.
- Perform other duties as required.
Non-negotiables
- Has prior experience in data entry/nonvoice international campaigns.
- Proven customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment with a can-do attitude
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Computer literate with both capability and wiliness to learn and understand new bespoke IT systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively.
- Flexibility in hours worked to achieve operational target.
- Willingness to learn, with an appetite to grow with the business.
