About the role
This is a full-time remote role for a Recruiter at Hiring Group. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing and attracting top talent, conducting interviews, and managing the hiring process. They will collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a seamless recruitment experience for both candidates and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating the offer process.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the organization.
- Maintain accurate and organized candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Support employer branding initiatives and participate in recruitment events.
- Provide administrative support to the recruitment team as needed, including scheduling interviews and managing communications.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Previous experience in sales or recruitment or HR (internships or entry-level roles are acceptable).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with ATS or HRIS systems.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Willing to work in the Pacific Standard Time (PST) time zone.
