Job Responsibilties:
- Social Media Strategy & Content Creation: Develop and execute a marketing strategy that aligns with the brand’s goals. Create high-quality content tailored for Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Content Planning & Scheduling: Maintain a content calendar for consistent posting, ensuring alignment with promotions and seasonal themes.
- Brand Voice & Positioning: Ensure content reflects the company’s unique identity, engaging the target audience effectively.
- Engagement & Community Management: Monitor and respond to audience interactions to foster an engaged online community.
- ActiveCampaign Management: Utilise ActiveCampaign for email marketing, automation, audience segmentation, and campaign performance tracking.
- Performance Analysis & Reporting: Track key metrics, analyse engagement data, and provide insights to optimise content strategies.
- Email Marketing Support: Assist with newsletters, promotions, and automated workflows to enhance customer retention.
- Trello Board Management: Use Trello to organise tasks, streamline workflow, and track progress efficiently.
Tools and Software Proficiency:
- ActiveCampaign (Essential for email marketing, automation, and segmentation)
- Canva (for graphic design)
- Adobe Creative Suite (for content creation)

Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in social media marketing and content creation, preferably in retail, floral, or lifestyle industries.
