- Address and resolve employee relations issues in a timely and fair manner, promoting a positive work environment.
- Collaborate with management to identify root causes of conflicts and implement proactive measures to prevent re-occurrence.
- Lead and facilitate HR initiatives during organizational changes, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to employee morale and productivity.
- Guide change management strategies and communication plans to facilitate effective implementation.
- Utilize HR analytics to identify trends, measure HR effectiveness, and provide data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies based on data insights to enhance workforce planning, talent management, and employee engagement.
HR Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies to mitigate legal risks.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure HR processes are aligned with compliance requirements.
- Collaborate closely with client leaders to understand their objectives and challenges, providing HR solutions that support the achievement of organizational goals.
- Act as a trusted advisor to management, offering strategic insights and guidance on workforce planning and organizational development.
- Implement and manage performance appraisal processes, guiding leadership on performance improvement plans and recognition programs.
- Track and report key HR metrics to measure the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of progressive experience in human resources, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strategic Thinking- Proven ability to align HR strategies with overall business objectives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization.
