  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Our client is a global Private Equity Fund focused on Infrastructure Investments. Their burgeoning portfolio include a fast growing and well-funded Solar Energy player Headquartered in the Philippines. The firm require a Head of Corporate Finance to drive acquisitions of Solar Energy Businesses and Development sites.

The Position:

  • Source and run significant acquisition targets (both Real Estate sites, and M&A of solar companies in the Philippines.
  • Negotiate M&A terms, permits and run due diligence of potential acquisitions.
  • Oversee the project development of investments
  • Handle all aspects of any divestments
  • Represent the business to the Investment committee of the PE Fund.

You:

  • 8-10 Years Investment Banking, Private Equity or Corporate Finance experience in a Renewable Energy business.
  • Experience or running M&A deals from start to finish including originations, financial modelling, Commercial Due Diligence, legal negotiations & Comemrcials.
  • You will have a growth orientated mindset and be highly articulate and numerate.
