  • Investigate customer complaints and operational non-conformances related to food safety, quality, and sanitation.
  • Identify root causes of issues, and develop, recommend, and monitor the implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Provide guidance and education to team members on best practices in food safety, sanitation, and quality.
  • Collaborate with operations teams to continuously improve processes and maintain high standards in line with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP), and other food safety systems.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Food Technology, Microbiology, Biology, or any related science-based course.
  • Preferably with knowledge and/or certification in Food Safety, GMP, HACCP, FSSC, or NCII in Food and Beverage Services (Sanitation focus).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to analyze audit data and recommend practical solutions.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to convey findings and recommendations clearly and professionally.
  • Critical thinker with keen attention to detail and commitment to upholding quality standards.

  • Bonus if you have HACCP certification and are knowledgeable in restaurant food safety and sanitation processes.
