About the Role

We are looking for a Telecommunications System Engineer who will play a key role in supporting and implementing telecommunications and fiber network solutions. This role involves providing technical expertise, troubleshooting support, and training to customers while collaborating with sales and implementation teams to ensure successful product delivery and deployment. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in telecommunications, fiber communication, and networking, along with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a technical expert for specific telecom systems or products, ensuring deep knowledge of applications and functionality.
  • Provide both remote and onsite technical support to Ark One system users.
  • Conduct application training sessions for customers and user groups.
  • Assist the sales team with technical expertise in customer meetings, product presentations, and solution configurations.
  • Lead the implementation team in system delivery, installation, and commissioning.

Qualifications

  • 0-2 years of experience in Telecommunications and/or Fiber Networks (preferred).
  • Strong understanding of Telecommunications and Fiber Communication fundamentals.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to confidently articulate ideas and share knowledge.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt, with a teachable and persistent mindset.
  • Proficiency in Windows applications and Microsoft Office.
  • Experience in Fiber Network implementation and testing (a plus).
  • Strong foundation in IP or Computer Networking (a plus).
  • Knowledge of Project Management principles.
