Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for managing the processes of HR policies, procedures and compliances
  • Manage employment lifecycle (onboard - separation) based on regulations
  • Propose actions based on analysis of HR issues (probation - performance - turnover - regulations - violations).
  • Lead HR projects and initiative (eg surveys, engagement, HRIS and processes)
  • Partner across department to address and mitigate any HR related issues
  • Partner with Recruit Lead regarding internal promotions and C&B Lead regarding payroll and compensation.
  • Act as the main point-of-contact for employment regulations inquiries and support management in guidance for local regulations to avoid mishaps in decision-making.
  • Manage the process of offboarding and exit interviews to continuously analyze data for future recommendations in retention - corrective measures.
  • Spearhead team activities and coordinate with department heads for year-on-year plans of engagement activities requirements.
  • Analyzing HR metrics and data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR or Related Field
  • Experience in HR Staff/ Generalist roles for at least 1 to 2 years
  • Strong in data analysis / and or / strong in engagement and documents
  • Good communication, leadership and coaching skills
  • Minimum English require: C1-C2
  • Strong in business ethics / employment regulations
  • Good technical computer skills (excel / office / suite)
  • Additional: creative and experience with engagement activities is a plus+

Salary: Php 30,000 to Php 36,000
