Fulfillment and Production Assistant
Are you organized, detail-oriented, and a great communicator? We're looking for a 100% remote Fulfillment and Production Assistant to help with data entry, shipping, and vendor coordination. If you love keeping things running smoothly, this could be the perfect fit for you!
What You'll Do:
- Update and manage purchase orders, invoices, and warehouse reports.
- Track warehouse metrics and maintain planning documents.
- Handle billing disputes and invoice management.
- Create and upload weekly shipments in Amazon Seller Central.
- Communicate with vendors and internal teams to resolve issues.
- Manage chargebacks and purchase order discrepancies.
What You'll Need to Succeed:
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills 📢✍️.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Haves:
- Experience with Amazon Seller Central and/or Salesforce.
- Background in e-commerce, logistics, or fulfillment 📦.
