The Medical City Ortigas is searching for an experienced Admitting Head to join the team and help drive the organization to the next level. The Head of Admission and Bed Management is responsible for overseeing the admissions and discharge processes, bed management, and admissions staff. Additionally, this role ensures efficient scheduling, compliance, and housekeeping on patient floors and dormitories, while maintaining hygiene, sanitation, and order.

Job responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Oversees patient admissions, bed assignments, and discharge processes to optimize hospital capacity.
- Manages departmental expenses, budgets, and supply requisitions while ensuring cost efficiency.
- Resolves patient concerns, implements Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and ensures high service standards.
- Leads the admissions team, conducts training, evaluates performance, and enforces hospital policies.
- Ensures adherence to hospital regulations, maintains patient confidentiality, and conducts routine safety and hygiene checks.
- Develops and implements best practices to enhance admission workflows and bed management efficiency.

Ideally, the candidate should have a postgraduate degree in Business, Healthcare, or a related field, along with certifications or training in Business Continuity/Crisis Management and Leadership and Management, as well as at least five (5) years of experience in a complex healthcare environment.
