Responsibilities
Product Data Management
• System Administration
Act as escalation for Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system issues handled by the team.
Leverage the PLM system to manage and store data efficiently. Utilize data analytics tools to
generate actionable insights, and leverage automation tools to handle repetitive tasks and
enhance accuracy and efficiency.
• Process
Ensure data quality through robust procedures for accuracy, consistency, and reliability.
Streamline workflows to enhance efficiency and minimize bottlenecks. Maintain comprehensive
documentation for all processes and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance.
• Reporting & Analytics
Maintain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure the team's effectiveness and
productivity. Generate regular reports on data quality, system performance, and team
productivity. Continuously review and refine processes, tools, and performance metrics to drive
ongoing improvement.
Creative Design
• Artwork Renders
Ensure Render Requests are made and delivered on the delivery date.
• Packaging Artworks
Assure Packaging Design Creation and Preflight Materials are correct, checked and timely
delivered
• Color Material Finish (CMF) Request
Guarantee time execution and delivery of CMF requests may it be Base Artworks or CMF
Preflight materials
• Adhoc Request
Address the various requests and settle them with artistic creativity and within the given time
period for that project.
Management and Leadership
• Data-Driven Decisions
Use data analysis and performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement,
recommending solutions based on data-backed insights.
• Collaboration
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including customer service, product, and operations
teams, to design and implement improvements.
• Project Coordination
Assist in managing project timelines, resources, and deliverables for initiatives related to process
and tool optimization, and service improvements.
• Project Documentation
Maintain project plans, schedules, and documentation, ensuring transparency and accountability
for all team members.
• Risk & Issue Management
Identify potential project risks or issues and collaborate with relevant teams to develop
mitigation strategies.
• Project Reporting
Track progress against KPIs, budget, and timeline, and provide regular updates to project
stakeholders.
