What will you be doing?
As a Marketing Operations Analyst, Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Support Automation: Assist in automating marketing and lead management workflows to improve efficiency and scalability, ensuring alignment with business goals and reporting needs.
- Optimize and Document Lead Processes: Enhance lead lifecycle processes like enrichment, scoring, routing, and conversion rate optimization, working with stakeholders to improve lead quality and funnel efficiency.
- Marketing Budget Administration: work with marketing team to administrate master Americas marketing budget within Allocadia.
- Marketing Project Coordination: Assist with keeping the marketing team on track by managing projects within Asana
- Support stakeholder partners through reporting and analyses to measure the success of their programs
- Partner with Sales Analytics to scale the lead generation funnel and define SLAs between Marketing and Sales.
- Support procurement process: help marketing team with administrative processes related to our internal procurement process.
- Harness marketing and sales automation platforms and CRM systems for the management and analysis of marketing data. (ex. Outreach and 6sense)
- Establish and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in marketing efforts to revenue impact.
- Ensure consistency in asset classification and maintenance across North America marketing assets.

- Experience: 2+ years of experience in a related role with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of lead processes and routing within marketing platforms (e.g., Marketo, Dynamics CRM, 6sense). Experience with marketing data analysis and reporting is essential.
- Data-Driven: Analytical mindset with a proven ability to track and report on lead performance, identifying key trends and actionable insights.
- Detail-Oriented: Ability to document and maintain clear processes and reporting structures and ensure data accuracy across the marketing funnel.
- Collaborative: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively across marketing, sales, and technical teams.
- Adaptable: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects at once.
