Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist located in FCIE, Dasmariñas, Cavite. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for managing HR functions including HR policies and overall HR management. The specialist will oversee recruitment processes, employee relations, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations. Additionally, the role involves supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the HR department.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
  • Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply
  • Excellent academic record (no failing grades)
  • Detail-oriented and have strong organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
