Role Summary

The Paid Search and Digital Advertising Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing paid advertising campaigns to achieve business objectives.   • Plan, launch, and manage campaigns on additional platforms, such as Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram), LinkedIn, TikTok, and programmatic networks.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to produce engaging ad assets, including video, display, and social ads.
  • Implement A/B testing strategies for creative, targeting, and messaging.
  • Stay current on trends and innovations in digital advertising to recommend new channels or strategies.
  • Analytics & Reporting:
  • Use tools like Google Analytics, Data Studio, and platform-specific dashboards to track performance and identify insights.
  • Prepare and present detailed performance reports to stakeholders, including ROI, CPA, and other key metrics.
  • Translate data into actionable strategies to enhance campaign outcomes.
  • Budget Management:
  • Allocate and manage advertising budgets across platforms to maximize performance.
  • Regularly review spending and performance to ensure campaigns remain cost-effective.
  • Team Leadership & Collaboration:
  • Coordinate with internal teams (content, design, development) to align campaign goals and execution.
  • Manage relationships with third-party vendors and agency partners when applicable.
  • Train and mentor junior team members or direct reports on best practices and tools.
Qualifications
  • Experience:
  • 5+ years of experience in paid search and digital advertising, with a proven track record of managing successful campaigns.
  • Experience with multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic platforms.
  • Skills:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • Expertise in keyword research, audience segmentation, and bid management.
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Exceptional project management skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Preferred:
  • Certifications such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, or Meta Blueprint.
  • Knowledge of display advertising, video marketing, and retargeting strategies.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools
