Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Cebu for a Purchasing Officer . The Purchasing Officer will be responsible for managing purchase orders, processing purchase requisitions, and ensuring the timely acquisition of materials and supplies. Daily tasks include contract negotiation, analyzing market trends, and maintaining supplier relationships to ensure cost-effective procurement while adhering to company policies and standards.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Purchasing Processes, Purchase Orders, and Purchase Requisitions
  • Expertise in Contract Negotiation
  • Strong Analytical Skills for market trend analysis and decision-making
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
