Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and monitor essential documents required for the compliance obligation checklist.
- Stay updated on laws and regulations related to cement manufacturing and quarry operations.
- Lead the planning and execution of the company's Mine Forest Programs and National Greening Program initiatives.
- Manage environmental performance by implementing mitigation strategies such as road sweeping, water spraying to reduce dust emissions, waste hauling, and comprehensive plant housekeeping.
- Develop and execute forest management strategies, including reforestation and pest control measures.
- Promote sustainable forestry practices to reduce environmental impact and support long-term ecological balance.
- Ensure the effective implementation of the Quality, Environment, Safety, and Health (QESH) management system, and communicate relevant policies and objectives to personnel.

- Maintain strict adherence to company rules, regulations, and policies while executing daily tasks.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Forestry, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- At least three (3) years of relevant experience in forest management within mining or mineral processing operations.
- Background in forest plantation management.
