Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and monitor essential documents required for the compliance obligation checklist.
  • Stay updated on laws and regulations related to cement manufacturing and quarry operations.
  • Lead the planning and execution of the company's Mine Forest Programs and National Greening Program initiatives.
  • Manage environmental performance by implementing mitigation strategies such as road sweeping, water spraying to reduce dust emissions, waste hauling, and comprehensive plant housekeeping.
  • Develop and execute forest management strategies, including reforestation and pest control measures.

  • Ensure the effective implementation of the Quality, Environment, Safety, and Health (QESH) management system, and communicate relevant policies and objectives to personnel.
  • Collaborate with Community Relations to engage local stakeholders in forestry practices and land use initiatives.
  • Maintain strict adherence to company rules, regulations, and policies while executing daily tasks.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Forestry, Environmental Science, or a related field.
  • At least three (3) years of relevant experience in forest management within mining or mineral processing operations.
  • Background in forest plantation management.
