The client's company is the leading provider of free, real-time online reservations for diners and reservation and guest management solutions for restaurants.

About the role:

We are seeking an Account Executive who will be responsible for bringing new restaurants onto our dining network through a consultative sales approach. This position will report to the Senior Director of Growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach prospective restaurant customers with whom to conduct customized product demos, to sell OpenTable products.
  • Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly acquisition targets.
  • Champion and build upon existing high-level relationships to serve as a trusted adviser to our market’s client base.
  • This role will require face-to-face meetings with clients, mostly in Manila.
  • Use Salesforce to develop and complete strategic plans, build reliable forecasts, and process contracts.
  • Understand and adapt to ongoing product and technology development to generate business plans to define selling strategies and tactics. Listen to the needs of the market and share with the Product and Marketing teams.
  • Be visible in and amongst the hospitality industry through networking, events, and consistent engagement.

Requirements:

  • Motivated by control of earning potential through the commissionable structure.
  • Passionate about hospitality and technology.
  • Strong restaurant management/sales experience preferred.
  • Understanding of economic and industry drivers and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Excellent discovery skills and outstanding negotiation skills.
  • High analytical ability to assess business opportunities and read prospective buyers.
  • Experience in capturing data for compelling strategies and decision-making.
  • Skilled at communicating new points of view to customers.
  • Comfortable working in an unstructured, forward-thinking environment.
  • Empathetic, team-oriented salesperson who loves to collaborate and grow.
  • Ambitious, tenacious, self-motivated, and proficient in Google Suite and Salesforce CRM.
