The qualified candidate will be ultimately responsible for growing the Human Nature business within their assigned key account/s in a manner that is aligned with Human Nature’s values and ways of working (some of which do not subscribe to the industry norm).

As a Senior Key Account Manager, will require that, among other things, the retail fundamentals are adhered to consistently and regularly. The role also requires the qualified candidate to be able to successfully and effectively advocate for Human Nature’s vision, mission, and values i.e. why we do what we do, why we do it in the manner we do so, and how we operate as a business that helps uplift the poor, protect the environment, and build the Philippine economy.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Ensuring that the retail fundamentals are adhered to consistently and regularly: Weekly OOS call-out to account; Weekly trade visits; Monthly review of all display photos of all categories in all stores of all accounts; Weekly/bi-weekly Tri-Partite Meetings
  2. Timely enlistment and on-shelf availability of new products, promos and other in-store initiatives
  3. Ensuring primary and secondary displays are secured at all times
  4. Adherence to the Must-Carry-List assortment per store cluster within the account
  5. Coordinating with internal partners (Order Fulfillment Group, Logistics, Warehouse) to ensure on-time delivery
  6. Planning strategic activities and initiatives that will grow Human Nature in the account
  7. Grow expand Human Nature’s presence and business in the account via expansion into new doors or other relevant channels within the channel (i.e. e-commerce platform of the account)
  8. Ensuring regular engagement with the account to further build business and relationship

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree holder
  • Must have 2-4 years of experience with account management/sales, preferably in the FMCG sector
  • Must be action and detail-oriented, with an eye and passion for excellence
  • Must be flexible, possessing good interpersonal skills
  • Must possess the leadership skills to lead the tri-partite team in ensuring perfect and consistent execution across doors
  • With proven ability to effectively sell products and ideas, with experience in presenting new products and closing deals.
  • Has strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms, including profit margins and shelf space, while advocating for company initiatives
  • With the ability to build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and accounts, fostering trust and loyalty

Skills Required:

  • Knows how to drive
  • Comfortable and proficient in MS Office, especially MS Excel
  • Organization & time-management skills
  • Good to excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Lastly but not any less important – persuasive and negotiation skills
