Role Pitch The purpose of the role is to provide procurement support to the team and key internal stakeholder through pricing discussions, negotiation, and contract management within CloudPay, ensuring maximum value from all indirect procurement activities.

Key Responsibilities Daily Duties and Main Responsibilities will include:
- Management of assigned procurement tasks within the Indirect Procurement Team. This includes pricing negotiations, contract management, triaging of ad-hoc requests, systems and data entry and management.
- To support delivery of business requirements by providing focused and constructive challenge, options and alternatives to stakeholder requirements.
- To provide solutions aligned to achieving maximum value from spend whilst meeting business needs and ensuring business continuity and success.
- To develop a strong understanding of pricing methodology, CloudPay indirect suppliers, key stakeholder requirements, systems and company spend data.
- Lead negotiations and deliver target outcomes, including price, service levels, quality, and key contractual terms.
- To support the Procurement team and internal stakeholders in achieving their objectives.
- Ensure that all procurement practice is in accordance with the Procurement policy and processes.
Attributes and Experience Required:
Essential:
- Demonstrated understanding and experience in procurement negotiations, process and contracting.
- Demonstrated understanding of contract structure and terms and conditions.
- Able to demonstrate credible commercial acumen and awareness.
- Demonstrated experience of working in cross-functional teams in an SME.
- Ability to translate business requirements and to action in accordance with the procurement process.
- Understand and be able to support the supplier creation process
- Experience of working with data and procurement systems.
- Strong teamwork ethic with a willingness to support and collaborate with the Procurement team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility to adapt to our changing business needs
- Demonstrated ability to provide stakeholder support for procurement requirements
- Relevant indirect specific procurement experience (IT, HR, Finance, Tech, Computer Software etc.)
- Ability to handle and work with complex data files.
- CIPs or similar qualification is desirable.
- Please note that this role follows mid-shift schedule, 3:00 pm to 12:00 midnight. Hybrid arrangement with 2x/month RTO in Makati.
