Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role as a Sales Account Manager at Converge ICT Solutions Inc. The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for managing customer accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, generating leads, and providing exceptional customer service. This role is primarily located in Pasig with some work from home flexibility.
Qualifications
- Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, and Communication skills
- Account Management and Lead Generation skills
- Experience in sales or account management
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Previous experience in the telecommunications industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
