About The Role
As a Financial Control Associate, you will have an opportunity to be exposed into wide range of activities in Group Finance such as participating in the monthly financial close process, preparation of GL reconciliations, Intercompany reporting, Consolidation, preparation and review of financial statements, and submission of periodic regulatory, statutory and centralized reports while ensuring that controls and data integrity checks are in place. In your role, you are expected to assist in the completion of tasks under “Group Finance” stream.
You will contribute to the overall efficient operation of the Hub Financial Control team to ensure maximum productivity and first-time quality and will also develop and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders within and outside the Hub.

What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field and preferably Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
- Solid working knowledge and understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting, preferably with exposure on regulatory/compliance reports
- Strong communication and teamwork skills as you will be collaborating with senior stakeholders across the bank
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives; knowledge in intermediate/advance Excel techniques, VBA, or data analytics tools will be an advantage
