As an Assessment Booking Coordinator, you will play a vital role in coordinating complex assessment bookings for our multidisciplinary team. Using electronic medical records (EMR) systems, email, and telephone communication, you will ensure a seamless scheduling process for both patients and clinicians. Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate assessment bookings by liaising with patients, clinicians, and internal teams via email and phone.
- Manage scheduling using our EMR system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Communicate with patients regarding appointment details, documentation requirements, and scheduling changes.
- Troubleshoot scheduling conflicts and problem-solve to optimize clinician availability.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of appointment schedules, patient information, and correspondence.
- Collaborate with the Assessment Booking Team to streamline processes and improve patient experience.
- Experience in medical administration, patient scheduling, or a related role.
- COMPUTER MUST BE A WINDOWS OS DEVICE
- Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems and scheduling software.
- Strong customer service skills with a patient-centered approach.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to manage high volumes of scheduling requests with attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Preferred: Education or experience in psychology, healthcare administration, or medical office administration.
