Job Summary:

As a Digital Campaigns Associate, you are a savvy marketer who will be handling primarily social- and discovery-based digital campaigns for Summit Media clients.

You will work cross-functionally with content, creatives, project implementers and account managers to ensure committed metrics/KPIs for paid advertising programs are achieved.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle implementation of assigned paid campaigns on Facebook, Google, and other similar platforms – from creating ad sets to monitoring of delivery, and optimizing for performance
  • Set-up and integrate client’s new business manager, my client centre, and other similar digital platforms
  • Ensure each paid advertising project and digital campaign meets committed metrics (i.e. page views, reach, engagement, clicks, etc.)
  • Assist on allocation of budgets, and analyze and recommend modifications to ad spends
  • Develop hypotheses and perform A/B testing to recommend optimization strategies
  • Assist on campaign reports and insight reports
  • Study campaign requirements and provide recommendations on digital marketing and distribution strategy
  • Support experiments and testing of new digital marketing channels and formats
  • Remain updated on new technologies and trends in digital marketing
  • Other duties assigned by the direct supervisor

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree holder with at least 1 year hands-on experience implementing paid digital marketing campaigns (i.e. Facebook Ads, Google Discovery Ads, Google Search Ads, YouTube Ads, etc.)
  • Experience in a digital marketing agency would be an advantage, but not necessary
  • Knowledge of lead generation and conversion campaigns, and programmatic, a plus
  • Proficiency with basic Office software - Excel, Powerpoint, Word - a must

Must possess the following soft skills:

  • Self-starter, able to grasp instructions, ask questions, and take ownership
  • Has a can-do spirit, with the ability to suggest solutions in the face of hurdles and challenges
  • Attention to detail, highly organized, capable of working on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Curious, inquisitive, analytical
  • Comfortable with ambiguity
  • Able to work with teams and independently
