Primary Job Responsibility

Primarily responsible for providing support to the PM on the strategies and overall project plan/initiatives and corresponding execution/implementation. Evaluates business processes, anticipates requirements, uncovers areas for improvement, and develops and implements solutions. Provides subject matter expertise and functional ownership and accountability for project results.

This role shall utilize project and transformation management principles, processes, and tools to focus on driving financial and operational results for our customers, behavioral changes; supporting implementation of the change strategy design, assessing stakeholder impacts and organizational readiness, recommending and/or implementing appropriate communication, training, and behavioral change solutions, and measuring effectiveness to ensure effective transitioning to Operations.

  • Duties and Responsibilities done at PERIODIC or REGULAR Intervals
  • Leads the assigned project activities, plans, and schedules activities associated with deliverables and milestones
  • Leads the implementation of targeted projects and transformation initiatives including identification of change impacts to people, process, policy, and structure, stakeholder identification and alignment, appropriate communication and feedback loops, success measures, training, project deployment, and organizational readiness
  • Leads and drives the day-to-day project, and transformation management activities
  • Assists the Project manager in developing a project delivery strategy to deliver complex business cases such as operational improvement, supply chain network optimization, and its maintenance effectiveness.
  • Builds and maintains dashboards and BI Services to monitor operations performance. Creates analysis yielded by the dashboards in operation, maintenance, reliability, and quality management systems. Analyze data, evaluate results, and develop recommendations and road maps across multiple workstreams.
  • Builds and maintains effective partnerships with key cross-functional leaders (Operations Project POCs, Unit heads and above) and project team members.
  • Serves as a liaison between stakeholders and users
  • Coordinates with the key partners (Developers and System Vendors) for any system-related concerns, configurations and bug fixes needed
  • Accountable in ensuring the issues encountered on the assigned project or system is fixed and being coordinated accordingly to avoid impact in operations
  • Conducts meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings
  • Documents and communicates the results of your efforts.
  • Effectively communicates insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
  • Gather critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and produce useful reports.
  • Performs user acceptance testing
  • Updates, implements, and maintains procedures
  • Prioritizes initiatives based on business needs and requirements
  • Monitors deliverables and ensures timely completion of projects.
