  • Resolving employee relation issues by counseling the managers, agents and management.
  • Examining the source of problems between employees.
  • Status discussion with individual agents and groups through a monthly dialogue evaluation per division and team.
  • In charge in staff, agent and manager evaluation
  • Legal hearing and resolving of conflicts
  • Policy manual of agents with business work ethics

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

· Experience in designing and delivering training programs, particularly for sales or real estate roles.

· Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
