Key Responsibilities:
- Training of newly hired agents
- Training/Team Buildings: Head office coordination
- Refresher courses for agents and staff (Yearly/ Monthly)
- Administration of revalida for the new hires
- Competitor research and benchmarking and other research studies
- Monthly general meeting (topic brainstorming, presentation, certificates, PowerPoint slides)
- Selecting the most appropriate research methodology and technique.
- Designing qualitative and quantitative research plans for products and sales objective goals.
- Designing research questionnaires and moderate guides.
- Interpret data, write reports, and make actionable recommendations..
- Manage and check presentations about the development
- Execute and evaluate employee and agent training programs through seminars and conventions for the improvement of overall organizational function.
- In charge of identifying skills and knowledge gaps, developing instructional material, and organizing learning activities for meeting company objectives.
- Mapping out annual training plans for internal teams
- Select methods, like on-the-job coaching, conferences, workshops and e-learning courses.
- Develop an employee-oriented company culture that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement, key employee retention and development, and high performance.
- Assess the impact of training on employee and agent performance.
- Liaise with external partners and outsource training as needed.
- Gather feedback from trainees and trainers after each session.
- Prepare cost reports for each training program.
- Update curriculum database and training records
- Resolving employee relation issues by counseling the managers, agents and management.
- Examining the source of problems between employees.
- Status discussion with individual agents and groups through a monthly dialogue evaluation per division and team.
- In charge in staff, agent and manager evaluation
- Legal hearing and resolving of conflicts
- Policy manual of agents with business work ethics
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
· Experience in designing and delivering training programs, particularly for sales or real estate roles.
· Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
