What You'll Do:
The Plant Controller will be responsible for managing all financial aspects of our plant operations. This role requires a strategic thinker with a keen eye for detail and a strong background in finance and manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Finance Business Partner to the Plant Team.
- Providing financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions.
- Collaborate with management to develop cost-saving strategies and efficiency improvements.
- Conduct variance analysis and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Oversee the plant's financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.

What You Should Have:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; preferably CPA
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a financial leadership role within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of cost accounting and financial reporting.
- Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
