The Distribution (Sales) Admin Assistant is responsible for providing comprehensive support for a State General Manager (GM). This role demands strong communication skills when acting as a point of contact for communications both internally and externally. This dynamic position requires the ability to anticipate needs, think critically, and offer solutions to problems with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the assigned State GM, you will be assisting in supporting the operations for the wider State Distribution team at Lendi Group, this fast-paced and varied role will see you accountable for (but not limited to):

You must have a stable fixed internet connection (minimum 25mbps). An ample working space with office table and chair is also required. Lendi will provide you with your equipment such as a laptop, extra monitor, mouse, keyboard, headset, & laptop riser.

- Manage scheduling, calendar coordination, and email correspondence for the General Manager (GM).
- Plan and coordinate virtual and in-person events.
- Assist in meeting preparation, facilitation, and follow-ups.
- Once established in the role, proactively anticipate the GM’s operational and business needs.
- Engage with internal stakeholders and external vendors via phone and email.
- Ensure timely completion of tasks while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Document key instructions and log activities where applicable.
- Perform other duties as required to support the GM and align with the company’s vision, mission, and policies.
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college/university or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in BPO or Financial Services.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with Atlassian is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and deliver results.
- Experience engaging with senior leaders.
- Ability to manage short timelines and perform under high-pressure situations when needed.
- Vendor management experience (e.g., event planning).
- High adaptability and energy in a fast-paced, evolving team environment.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, time management, and prioritisation skills.
- Prior experience working with an Australian company and a strong understanding of cultural nuances is a plus.
