About the Company:
This role is with a leading self-storage company that provides secure and convenient storage solutions across multiple locations. Focused on customer satisfaction and operational excellence, the company leverages technology and data-driven strategies to optimize storage management and enhance the customer experience.
Your Mission: Day to Day Responsibilities
- Data & Analytics – Collect, analyze, and ensure accuracy in marketing data from Google Analytics, CRM systems, Google Ads, and SpareFoot.
- Performance Tracking – Monitor key KPIs like CTR, CPC, conversion rates, and ROI. Optimize Google Ads and oversee SpareFoot rankings daily.
- SpareFoot Management – Maintain and optimize facility listings, improve rankings, and collaborate with revenue teams for pricing adjustments.
- Reporting & Insights – Create reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to communicate insights and improve strategy.
- Strategic Decision-Making – Identify trends, analyze consumer behavior, and recommend budget allocations.
- Collaboration & Testing – Work with marketing, revenue, and data teams. Run A/B tests on campaigns and landing pages.
- Tool Management – Optimize analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI). Ensure proper tracking with Google Tag Manager.
- Forecasting & Budgeting – Support forecasting models and campaign budget planning based on past performance.
Your Toolbox: Skills to be Successful
- 2+ years in marketing analytics, digital marketing, or a related role
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads & data visualization tools
- Advanced Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups) & experience with SQL/Python (a plus)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and ability to translate data into insights
- Detail-oriented, results-driven, and able to manage multiple projects
- High-speed internet and a dedicated home office setup are required
- Must be available 9 AM-5 PM CST
