Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive business growth in the Philippines market through lead generation, opportunity mapping, and solution selling to senior and mid-level decision-makers across Banks, Fintechs, NBFCs, Rural Banks, and Microfinance.
  • Identify strategic partnership opportunities to enhance revenue growth and market penetration.
  • Gather and analyze market intelligence to support business decision-making and deal structuring.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with new and existing partners while tracking performance metrics and profitability.
  • Act as a thought leader to boost the digital presence and channel effectiveness of our partners.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A go-getter with strong connections in the Philippines banking & fintech ecosystem.
  • 12+ years of experience in core banking sales, with a proven track record of generating leads, building client relationships, and meeting revenue targets.
  • Deep knowledge of core banking, lending, and payments products and their applications.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to travel within the country and across the region as needed.
  • A self-driven professional who can work independently while fostering long-term relationships.
