Alignment With Strategy

Main Role and Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Strategists to align project goals and milestones with business and customer needs, ensuring strategic alignment and value delivery.

Project Planning And Coordination

  • Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of projects across the Business Unit, ensuring adherence to timelines and achievement of milestones.

Change Management Implementation

  • Implement change initiatives endorsed by the Change Management Council, facilitating smooth transitions and adoption within the organization.

Stakeholder Management

  • Manage stakeholder expectations regarding project priorities, timelines, and scope changes, ensuring alignment and satisfaction.

Risk Management

  • Identify project risks and develop effective mitigation strategies to minimize potential impacts and ensure project success.

Issue Resolution

  • Proactively address impediments and challenges, facilitating resolution and ensuring continuous progress towards project goals.

Deadline Adherence

  • Monitor project timelines closely, ensuring adherence to deadlines and taking necessary actions to mitigate delays.

Adaptive Planning

  • Proactively assess potential delays and adjust project plans as needed to maintain alignment with target delivery dates and maximize value delivery.
