Role Overview

  • Elicits, analyzes, and manages requirements from internal stakeholders and business units to ensure the timely delivery of IT solutions
  • Involves overseeing projects, driving the implementation of IT strategies, and ensuring operational excellence within the IT framework
  • Helps define account plans, aligning with stakeholders to meet business needs.
  • Coordinates with CIT departments and third-party providers for project resources.
  • Gathers project requirements from users and stakeholders, ensuring alignment.
  • Manages IT projects using agile methods, ensuring timely delivery and tracking risks.
  • Monitors progress, provide updates, and ensure compliance with standards.

Required Qualifications

  • Graduate of Bachelor's Degree course, preferably Engineering, Management Information Systems, or other Science and Technology related fields. Also open to Business or Management degree holders
  • At least 5-7 years of related experience (Business Analysis, Project Management & Agile Methodologies, Information Systems Design, Effective Communications)
  • Has basic understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), IT infrastructure (networking, cloud services like AWS and Azure, and end-user computing), and security/compliance principles
  • Proficient in using tools like Excel, Tableau, or Jira to analyze data, track IT project progress, monitor IT scorecards and budgets, and drive data-informed decision-making.
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written), analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
  • Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to contribute to long-term technology planning and decision-making
